Below is the most rigorous coaching plan to make you truly ready for your upcoming interviews in tech companies. Don't have the wrong expectation that coach know all the roles you are applying for because tech industry is huge (unless you are applying for similar role he/she is in), however coach know exactly what it takes to ace the interview.

Case/Hypothetical Interview – 1
Case/Hypothetical Interview is not only in consulting but also commonly tested in business roles for tech to test the candidate's capability to solve real problem and think on the fly. In this session, coach will run through candidate's prepared answers and provide feedback on how to sharpen the answer to improve the depth and the delivery.
Case/Hypothetical Interview – 2
In this session, coach conducts a mock interview with the candidate. Coach will provide feedback and useful tips to help the candidate communicate confidently and naturally in the real interview.
Fit/Behavioral Interview – 1
Fit/Behavioral Interviews are common but often not given enough attention by the candidates. In this session, coach will run through candidate's prepared answers and provide feedback on how to make their answers relevant to the applied roles and leave a strong impression on the interviewer.
Preparation Plan Setting
Coach will explore together with the candidate on what the role is about and help navigate the preparation journey. At the end this session, coach will share with the candidate a list of questions that the candidate needs to prepare for the upcoming case/hypothetical interview and fit/behavioral interview, and most importantly provide guidance on the research needed.
Fit/Behavioral Interview – 2
In this session, coach conducts a mock interview with the candidate. Coach will provide feedback and useful tips to help the candidate communicate confidently and naturally in the real interview.
